“Healthy” Cookie Dough Balls
Feeling pretty proud of myself with this post! Usually it’s my mom that shares recipes, but I’m sharing one today! It’s my new favorite “healthy” cookie dough balls. These have quickly become my fav. Keep scrolling to see the recipe!
These are the ingredients — I’ll list everything below. Also, here’s the link to my cute little recipe box that my grandma got me once. She wrote some of my favorite recipes of hers on the cards & I’ll cherish them forever!
INGREDIENTS
1 cup + 2 Tbsp. oat flour
1/2 cup nut butter (I just used regular peanut butter because I didn’t have anything else)
3 Tbsp. honey
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 cup mini chocolate chips (I used regular sized ones because that’s all I had on hand)
1 Tbsp. melted coconut oil
Mixing all of the ingredients together!
Does this not look so dang delicious?!
I used an ice cream scoop to make sure they’re all the same size (+ it makes my life way easier lol). Store & eat straight from the fridge — no baking needed!
& this is what happens when you’re doing dishes & don’t double check to make sure you’ve washed everything before running the garbage disposal… learn from me, friends!!! Final step: account for all of your baking supplies!
