Feel Good Friday

Last Friday before Thanksgiving Break!!!

what I've been up to...

On Saturday, I met up with my family to run errands. I’ve always wanted to buy a full-size Christmas tree, but couldn’t ever justify it since I was just renting & didn’t know what my future house would be like. But now, since I bought my house, I can finally justify it!! I got a tree & we left with ALL THE CHRISTMAS GOODIES!!!

We got holiday drinks from Starbucks & then went to Saturday night church!

On Sunday, I just couldn’t hold back… I put up my Christmas tree!!! & of course, I had such a great helper. ;)

Here’s the before…

& the after!!! I LOVE IT!!!

Sophie helped so much that she had to spend the rest of the day snoozing lol.

I got a goodie bag this week from a group of students that were telling me how thankful they are for all that I do. This was so sweet & totally made my day! Telling someone just how thankful you are for them can go a long way!

outfits of the week…

For the past few months or so I’ve started *trying* to consistently share my OOTD (outfit of the day) just for fun! I’m typically able to link most pieces, but I also just share it to hopefully give a bit of inspiration & show you that you can recreate my outfits by just using pieces from your own closet.

Friday…

When your principal says you can wear comfies on Friday, you rejoice!!!

Saturday…

Super comfy outfit for running errands, church, & K-State game day!

Monday...

Super cozy OOTD because it’s FREEZING!!!

Tuesday...

Hot girl morning walk OOTD!

& another cozy outfit!

Wednesday...

Another good morning walk!

& my OOTD for walking club day!

Thursday...

I woke up on Thursday morning with a headache & body aches. I decided to go back to sleep for an extra hour instead of getting up to walk. Having goals & holding yourself accountable is great, but it’s important to listen to your body, too!

But here was my school OOTD!

in case you missed it...

On Monday, I shared my monthly Amazon prime finds post! Here are all of the things my family ordered on our shared Amazon account in the month of October.

As you may have seen, I started a new weekly post where I share my Weekly Sale Finds! I’ve been sharing them daily on my Instagram stories & I figured I could compile all of them from the week into one post so that y’all can see them, too! You can click here to read that post.

friday favs...

Y’all… I think I just found my Thanksgiving outfit!!! How cute is this howdy turkey tee?! & y’all know I have all of you in mind, too! You can use TURKEY15 to get 15% off anything from Oliver & Otis! They have some DARLING Christmas gear out that I’ve got my eye on!

This weeks new nails!

I just got this package from Liquid IV & I’m so excited to try it!!! My code is always active, so you can stock up for the holidays or use them as stocking stuffers! I always get giftcards for my fam members because they love it so much!

This blazer from last year was recently restocked & it is SO GOOD!!

& some new pieces from one of my favorite boutiques to collab with — Fiercely Chic Boutique!

Timeless plaid print with a longer length makes this a perfect transitional piece. A lightweight fabric makes it perfect for layering. Style with a graphic t-shirt & leggings for a casual look. Or wear as a shirt half tuck on shirt tail into jeans. Fits true to size.

Make a statement with this double mini ruffled shoulder sleeved top. Autumn floral design, long sleeve smocked cuff opening, split neckline. Features slip shirt lining for added coverage. Fits true to size. Size up if you typically need more room in the shoulder. Style with black skinny’s for a dressed up going out look (or even for work!), style with jeans for a more casual fall look.

The ultimate cozy waffle knit sweater you may never want to take it off! Features a classic button henley neckline, drop shoulder sleeves, and a comfy high low cut with side slits! The perfect fall to winter staple piece! Pair with jeans or leggings + boots! Or half tuck with jeans. Fits slightly oversized, we recommend staying your true size.

& how darling are these claw clips!?!
