Piper was ready for a restful Christmas break!

Poor girl is pooped from our weekly advanced obedience class!
I did a little holiday collaboration with Walmart right before Christmas & I appreciate all of the love y’all give on these posts — it’s a big part of what keeps this little corner of the internet going! I have been absolutely loving this Christmas season! With having a dog in the house, I literally always have a candle burning. The ones from Walmart are so cute, smell so good, & last so long! Plus they’re $1 off right now!
Happy first birthday to my sweet little miss P on December 22nd! Her day was full of all of her favorite things — treats, toys, snuggles, & middle schoolers!
Time to slow down & curl up with my cuddle-bug was exactly what I was needing heading into this Christmas break.

We got to get bundled up & go for lots of brisk walks this break!
Sometimes we’d come back to the house so cold that Piper would have to grab a toy & go curl up on a vent for awhile.
‘Twas the night before school starts again. We had dinner at my grandma’s house, followed by obedience class & grocery shopping. Then we got to snuggle up & watch the ole alma mater (K-State)!

Time for the second half of the school year! We got this!!!
We got 3+ inches of snow on the second day back… what does that say about how the rest of this year will go? Our potty breaks better not look like this very often!

For the past few months or so I’ve started *trying* to consistently share my OOTD (outfit of the day) just for fun! I’m typically able to link most pieces, but I also just share it to hopefully give a bit of inspiration & show you that you can recreate my outfits by just using pieces from your own closet.
