Feel Good Thursday?

Happy Thursday to you!! This post is a little out of the ordinary, but I won’t be posting anything tomorrow, so I figured I could do a little post today to make up for it! I will be celebrating my Masters graduation on Friday morning + helping my family get ready for my sister’s high school graduation on Saturday. I’m so excited to get together with family & celebrate our graduations! It’s nice to take a break from social media during these times when you’re with family, so thank you all for understanding that!!

outfits of the week…

For the past few months or so I’ve started *trying* to consistently share my OOTD (outfit of the day) just for fun! I’m typically able to link most pieces, but I also just share it to hopefully give a bit of inspiration & show you that you can recreate my outfits by just using pieces from your own closet.

Monday...

Who knew it would be this chilly in mid-May!? This rust orange sweater is old from Old Navy, but I’m linking some similar options below.

I added a denim jacket at the last second because I was cold in my house so I KNEW I’d be cold in my office at school. My denim jacket is from JCPenny & has become a staple piece in my wardrobe during the past winter & now spring! My sister has one & loves it too! I’m wearing a medium for a more oversized fit (it’s a bit oversized on its own, just a heads up).

Paired it all with some fun glasses & tassel earrings!

Tuesday...

I’ve gotten SO much use out of this cute knit sweater from Walmart! I’m wearing a medium for a more oversized fit. It comes in three other colors as well!

Cute glasses + earrings are my go-to accessories!

Y’all know how much I love these banana hair clips! I wear them alllll the time.

Wednesday...

The amount of times I’ve worn this Amazon cardigan & these Target slip on shoes should be embarrassing lol I seriously wear them AT LEAST once a week, but probably more if I’m being honest!

a couple Thursday favs...

Colleen Rothschild is currently offering 25% off sitewide, so I figured I should share two of my favorite products from her site!

A couple of months ago, I finally took the plunge & decided to buy some of this Colleen Rothschild radiant cleansing balm. She was having a BOGO 50% OFF sale so that’s what sold me! My Mom & I each got one & split it. Each cleansing balm comes with a gentle white cloth (you can buy more if you would like). I’ll be honest, I was hesitant in the beginning just because I didn’t know if it would be worth the hype. I found out on my first time using it why everyone is so obsessed! The smell is * chefs kiss * & it really is so gentle! The texture is a balm, but when you start rubbing it on your (dry) skin, it almost turns into a thick oily substance. It is silky smooth & that’s exactly how my face felt when I was done. It got all of my makeup off & even did a better job than my makeup wipes. Sold forever on this one!

I had heard truly amazing things about this hair serum so when I saw that they were having a huge sale, I told my Mom lol. My personal opinion is that it is 100% worth the hype + price! It smells absolutely amazing & my hair has never looked softer or more sleek in my entire life. These splurge items are even more worth it when they’re on sale!
