what I've been up to...

On Tuesday morning I had a dentist appointment, so of course I had to treat myself (& Piper) to Starbucks (since we don’t have one in our town)!
There is a special place in heaven for parents who buy coffee for educators!
The elementary school in my district does a “One School, One Book” reading challenge & their book this year was about a dog who went to obedience school. The librarian reached out to me to see if I’d be willing to bring Piper over to show off some tricks & I told her I could do her one better & bring in Piper & I’s trainer! She came & did a training demonstration for all of the students & they loved it SO much!
I mean seriously, how cute!!!
Then it was straight over to our gym to work the scoreboard for the middle school basketball games. Piper sure was tired by the end of the day!
A salted caramel macchiato latte protein shake + a gummy bear energy tea is just what I need to help get me through Friday!
Enjoyed a delicious brunch on Saturday morning out with my extended family on my mom’s side!
