Since the weather has been nicer, I’ve been going on walks with a friend almost everyday after school & on the weekends too! It’s been SO nice to get outside & have some girl time. Because of this, I’ve been on the hunt for some new sneakers. I was being super picky because I wanted them to be cute enough (& almost a little bit dressy) so that I could wear them to school with jeans, but comfortable enough that I could also wear them for walking & not hurt my feet. I have some other New Balance sneakers that I got a couple of years ago & they’ve been amazing, so that’s where I decided to look. I found these ones & ordered them ASAP because they’re EXACTLY what I was looking for! How stinkin’ cute, y’all?!! I love that they have both black & grey on them — sometimes I don’t like wearing black sneakers when I’m also wearing black leggings. (Is anyone else this way, too?!) But my favorite part is probably the sole of the shoes — it’s a really pretty brownish color that makes them look really sharp & nice. I tried them on immediately & didn’t want to take them off!

They come in kids sizes & adult sizes as well!

griddle cover

My parents got a Blackstone Griddle recently. Do you have one? They are obsessed! So far they’ve done breakfast a few times, shrimp fried rice & my favorite, smash burgers! Anyway, my mom ordered this cover for it from Amazon since it seemed to be cheaper there.

heat protectant spray

My younger sister has been straightening or curling her hair a lot & we saw this heat protectant spray had good reviews. She hasn’t used it quite enough to offer an opinion yet but so far, so good!

electronics screen cleaner

Cleaning my electronic devices is something that I always want to do, but just never had the products for. I finally decided to try something out & it is legit AMAZING! I was absolutely shocked! It’s this EVEO premium screen cleaner spray & it comes with a really soft nice cloth. Not a single streak or line was left on my tvs or laptop!

I tried to take a before & after pic, but the pattern in my rug is a little distracting so it’s kind of hard to tell. Here is the before — see the paw print streaks on the right side from my cat?

face powder

My everyday makeup routine is honestly very simple… I usually don’t even wear foundation. I do have to use some concealer under my eyes & sometimes creases form. I’ve been on the hunt for some translucent powder that I can use. I wanted it to be translucent because my skin color definitely changes from winter to summer & I didn’t want to have to buy two different shades to match the different skin tones. I really like this one that I found! So far it’s really helped with my creases & stays all day long!

men’s athletic shorts

My mom ordered these athletic shorts for my dad & he liked them so much that she ordered them in two more colors. He says they are light & perfect for working in the yard or wearing to a track meet or whatever! They are less than $20 too!

mixing bowl set

I was needing some mixing bowls with lids & found these darling ones from Amazon. I got the black set that has these really cute white & grey speckles on them. So fun! They come in a great variety of sizes (six bowls with six lids), are dishwasher & microwave safe.

strawberry huller

Haha okay funny story on this one. My LEAST FAVORITE house chore is washing dishes, but since I just live by myself, I can’t always convince myself to run the dishwasher because it takes a long time to build up that many dirty dishes & it feels lazy since it’s just me. So my sink sometimes gets a little full of dirty dishes until I finally cave & do them myself. Unfortunately, my strawberry huller went down the drain & got super bent up when I ran the garbage disposal LOL mayday! So I ordered this replacement.

pillow

My parents bought these new pillows & they are OBSESSED! It comes with guidance about how you sleep & how much "fluff" you should have in it based on that. I finally decided to replace mine & I can see why they love them so much! So worth it.

micellar water

A beauty product I swear by is micellar cleansing water. I’ve been using it with this toner for awhile now & have really liked the results I’ve gotten — my skin overall feels very clean & is evening out. Micellar cleansing water is a great tool to remove dirt, grime, & even makeup! It works wonders for me! I will typically use it & then the toner after I’ve washed my face (both in the morning & at night) & the amount of dirt / product that is on the cotton ball is shocking. weather pod

You guys! My mom bought this weather pod to take to track meets & can I tell you how extra she looks sitting in it?! It was the funniest thing! My younger sisters & I were trying to act like we didn’t know who she was lol. BUT, she was happy as can be sitting in there. So if you have lots of outdoor events & want to be protected a bit from the wind & rain, my mom says this is a must!

cleaning kit - attaches to drill

Sometimes the amazon orders that show up on our account just crack me up. This is one of them! Apparently, this cleaning kit connects to your drill. My mom said it was AWESOME for cleaning the shower! So far that’s all she’s tried it on but she’s thinking it will work great on their plastic floor mats for the car as well. Not sure what else they will use it for but if you don’t like cleaning, here you go! Less than $15 for for 3 different brush attachments.

egg cooker

My Dad's favorite kitchen gadget is this egg cooker lol I know that sounds goofy, but he loves it. It's so easy to hard boil eggs which is a Rice family favorite. There are other cooking options as well, but we definitely hard boil the most. I use this to meal prep & have hard boiled eggs & tomato slices for breakfast!

biker shorts

I’ve tried so many times to love biker shorts, but I just can’t seem to get myself on board. I love wearing leggings, so you’d think I’d love them in shorts form, but they just feel uncomfortable! I’m so annoyed at myself because they look so cute paired with an oversized t-shirt!

Speaking of oversized t-shirts, this is the one I got from Target specifically to wear with these shorts & all around I was super disappointed. I was so stinkin’ pumped for it to come in because I LOVE floral t-shirts. This one is incredibly oversized! I got the smallest size — S/M & it literally fits like an XL. I thought maybe I could pull it off by rolling the sleeves & pairing it with some black biker shorts, but I still feel like I look like a little girl playing dress up with her Dad’s t-shirts lol. I’m 4’11” & typically wear small or medium tops for a size reference, so if you’re bigger than I am, this could be super cute on you! I’ve seen it on other people & I’m so jealous!

wet brush

The wet brush is our favorite for brushing your hair right out of the shower. If you don’t have one, you need one!

rechargeable battery pack

My brother ordered this rechargeable battery pack. No clue why. Do you use rechargeable batteries? Should I be?

popcorn boxes

My mom has started ordering some party supplies for my sisters graduation party & these cute popcorn boxes are some of them. So cute & come in 4 different patterns!

cat diffuser

I’ve shared about this before because I buy a replacement each month. My cat sometimes has an issue with peeing places in the house that she shouldn’t. That problem on top of the stresses of moving into a new house recently was all the more reason to try out this diffuser specifically designed to help with both of those things. You plug this little guy into a diffuser & place it near the location that you WANT the cat to pee. So for me, mine is plugged into the wall right next to my cat’s litter box in my mudroom. They last about a month & it’s super easy to buy replacements. I’ve been using it for about a month & a half & so far she’s only had one time of peeing outside of the litter box so I’d call it a win! Also, it apparently gives off a pheromone for cats, but I can’t smell anything.

Okay work with me on this one. I saw this dress from Amazon on another blogger & it looked absolutely darling on her! But I feel like it looks a tiny bit like my great grandma’s nightgown on me lol I keep talking myself in & out of liking it. The sleeves are three quarter length & the lace detailing is just so pretty & feminine! I’m wearing a small here & feel like it fits just a little bit wide, but everywhere else is true to size.

carpet cleaner

If you’re a fur parent or have actual children, LISTEN UP!!! We recently had a little accident at my house & my regular carpet cleaner wasn’t getting the job done. I had heard about this stain remover & decided it was worth it to at least try it out. Y’all it worked after just one use!!! It was so easy too! You just spray the product directly onto the area, irritate with your fingers & a rag & then blot it dry. I will always have a bottle of this on hand! I took it home for my parents to try & my mom ordered some right away. It truly is magic!

electronic bug repellant

I like to think that I’m a strong & independent woman, but when it comes bugs & spiders, I JUST CAN’T! I’ve been having issues with spiders, rolly pollys, centipedes & beetles & was willing to try just about anything. I did some research & these bug repellant plug-ins had pretty good reviews! The other thing I like about them is that there’s no smell (some of the other options I looked at were like smell repellant things). I plugged these in all around my house & actually feel like they’re working! There’s still bugs in my house, but they’re all dead so I’ll take it!

allergy eye drops

I’ve also been having major issues with red, dry, itchy eyes & did a poll on Instagram & these allergy eye drops were recommended by a lot people so I’ve been trying them out!

I’m willing to admit it freely, I’m a straight up boujee cat mom. No shame. I’m super picky on how my house smells & I HATE smelling cat litter (even when it’s clean, I just don’t like the smell). I used part of my last stimulus check to buy a couple things for Sophie, my cat, but really they’re for me. First up is this electronic litter box! Y’ALL, IT CLEANS ITSELF! You just buy these litter box replacements & change it out once a month or so, depending on how often your cat uses it. It senses when your cat has been in it & automatically cleans itself about 15-20 minutes afterward. It’s super quiet & there’s no smell at all!!!

I also bought this litter mat that traps extra litter from their little paws after they leave their litter box! It’s done a fabulous job! No more random litter around my house lol.

My family got Sophie a water fountain a couple of years ago for Christmas (lol they know me so well) & I was needing some filter replacements for it.

hair mask

My Mom saw another blogger share about his hair mask, so she snagged it. The blogger that shared it says that she actually just uses it in place of her conditioner. My Mom, both sisters, & myself have all tried it & y’all, we are all now fighting over who gets to keep this one & who has to wait for their own to come in lol! My hair is typically pretty soft, but HOLY COW! This stuff is legit. I didn’t even have to use my detangling spray because it was so silky smooth & there wasn’t a single tangle! It smells darn good & the price is ahhhmazing — only $13!!

I’m really big on organization so of course I’ve been searching for ways to store my extra bedding & blankets. I love these flexible storage cubes! They are foldable so if you don’t use all three, they don’t take up tons of space on their own. The clear front is nice because you can see exactly what’s in it. These fit perfectly in the top of my closet in my spare bedroom!

Birkenstock lookalikes — extra cushion & for only $24.99!!!!! I’m straight up obsessed! I had been wanting some triple strap birks, but didn’t feel like spending the money. I decided to try these ones from Amazon out & I’m sold! I am wearing a kids size 4, I usually wear a kids size 1 or 2 depending on the fit, but had to size up a bunch in these, just FYI. So dang comfy!

hair straightener

My sister’s straightener pooped out on her so I recommended the one that I bought for myself in February! I wanted to find one that would be good quality, but wouldn’t cost me an arm & a leg, so I did some research. This remington hair straightener had a ton of great reviews & was a good price, so I ordered it. It’s been perfect for me! I like that it has the option to adjust the temperature so you’re not frying your hair. Plus, the color is pretty dang cute!

dry shampoo

Needed to restock my dry shampoo, so I went with batiste’s brunette dry shampoo because I feel like it works great & the price is good, too! I’ve been using this kind for over a year & a half.
