One thing I’ve been working on this past year is being intentional with what I say “yes” to. Ultimately saying “yes” to one thing means saying “no” to another. I have a really hard time with this! I’m * slowly * starting to get familiar with saying “no” to certain things because it allows me to say “yes” to other things that bring me big joy. Y’all know I’ve been obsessed with liquid I.V. for years! Their packets have tons of health benefits, including multiplying your hydration & giving you electrolytes + vitamins. This stuff is legit. I honest to goodness feel SO good after drinking these! They recommend you pour it into 16 oz. of water & I love how much flavor each of the packets have. My all time favorite flavor is lemon lime — you can taste both the sour flavor & almost a little bit of salty from the lime. My second & third favorites are tangerine & watermelon! Y’all know I’ve loved my loopy phone cases forever! All of my family members + a lot of my friends love their loopy cases too. It’s extremely comfortable & helpful for a girl on-the-go. The rubber loop is easily adjustable & really feels good on my knuckles while I’m holding my phone.
