One thing I’ve been working on this past year is being intentional with what I say “yes” to. Ultimately saying “yes” to one thing means saying “no” to another. I have a really hard time with this! I’m * slowly * starting to get familiar with saying “no” to certain things because it allows me to say “yes” to other things that bring me big joy.
