Happy Thursday, friends! Below is my weekly recap of sales that I have found throughout the week. I try to share some of my favorite purchases that are currently on sale as well as some things I am wanting to click ‘add to cart’ on! Since I’m just getting back into the swing of things with school starting up again, I’ve been sooo crazy busy! As a single girl, one of my least favorite things to do is cook & meal plan. I must not have inherited the “wife material cooking” gene! I truly believe that the meals I don’t have to prepare, honestly taste better lol I always tell my mom that after I eat at her house! I’ve used Eat to Evolve for over a year & am so stinkin’ excited that I now working with them!!! I almost always have one of the on-the-go meals for my lunches at school. Just throw them in your bag with some yogurt or fruit & you’re set! Some of my favorite dinners include the bbq brisket burger with sweet potato salad, the buffalo chicken mac & cheese, & the pork carnitas with chayote. So much flavor, great portion sizes (I can usually get two meals out of each if I add a salad & some fruit on the side), & they all freeze really well!

Y’all know I’ve been obsessed with liquid I.V. for years! Their packets have tons of health benefits, including multiplying your hydration & giving you electrolytes + vitamins. This stuff is legit. I honest to goodness feel SO good after drinking these! They recommend you pour it into 16 oz. of water & I love how much flavor each of the packets have. My all time favorite flavor is lemon lime — you can taste both the sour flavor & almost a little bit of salty from the lime. My second & third favorites are tangerine & watermelon! I know that I don’t drink near enough water as I should, so I drink one packet a day, sometimes more depending on what activities I’ll be doing — working out, partaking in adult beverages, being outside in the sun for a long period of time, even if I have a migraine. If you’ve been around here for awhile, then you know that I love to always have my nails done. I’ve had my own shellac machine for 5+ years & I’ve built up my collection of colors, but I’m always down to try new things. I’ve seen tons of bloggers post about Red Aspen Nails — a up & coming company that sells glue-on nails, amongst other beauty products. I absolutely love my loopy phone case & so do my family members! It’s extremely comfortable & very helpful for a girl on-the-go. The loop is easily adjustable & really feels great while I’m holding my phone. It’s also nice to be able to slip one finger through when you’re trying to carry all of your groceries into your house, because let’s be real, I’m a one trip kind of girl… even if it makes me lose feeling in my arms. If you follow me on Instagram then you’ve probably seen me share about Verb bars before & I don’t really know why I haven’t talked about them on here yet. Verb bars are little organically caffeinated bars that have the equivalent to a shot of espresso! They are 90 calories & come in tons of flavor options. My two favorite bar flavors are cookie butter & lemon raspberry. I was super excited when I heard that they were coming out with an energy drink mix! They sent me a raspberry lemon flavor in the drink mix to try & I was pleasantly surprised! They’ve come out with some other flavor options as well (cherry lime & mango tangerine), but I really like this one. My only complaint is that it didn’t mix up very quickly with my water & was somewhat chunky unless I mixed it in really really well.
