Happy Thursday friends! Below is my weekly recap of sales that I have found throughout the week. I try to share some of my favorite purchases that I are currently on sale as well as some things I am wanting to click add to cart on! At the bottom you will find my current list of codes too!

eat to evolve

Since I’m just getting back into the swing of things with school starting up again, I’ve been sooo crazy busy! As a single girl, one of my least favorite things to do is cook & meal plan. I must not have inherited the “wife material cooking” gene! I truly believe that the meals I don’t have to prepare, honestly taste better lol I always tell my mom that after I eat at her house! Y’all know I’ve been obsessed with liquid I.V. for years! Their packets have tons of health benefits, including multiplying your hydration & giving you electrolytes + vitamins. This stuff is legit. I honest to goodness feel SO good after drinking these! They recommend you pour it into 16 oz. of water & I love how much flavor each of the packets have. My all time favorite flavor is lemon lime — you can taste both the sour flavor & almost a little bit of salty from the lime. My second & third favorites are tangerine & watermelon! If you’ve been around here for awhile, then you know that I love to always have my nails done. I’ve had my own shellac machine for 5+ years & I’ve built up my collection of colors, but I’m always down to try new things. I absolutely love my loopy phone case & so do my family members! It’s extremely comfortable & very helpful for a girl on-the-go. The loop is easily adjustable & really feels great while I’m holding my phone. If you follow me on Instagram then you’ve probably seen me share about Verb bars before & I don’t really know why I haven’t talked about them on here yet. Verb bars are little organically caffeinated bars that have the equivalent to a shot of espresso! They are 90 calories & come in tons of flavor options. My two favorite bar flavors are cookie butter & lemon raspberry. I was super excited when I heard that they were coming out with an energy drink mix!
