February Top Ten!

I saw another blogger do this & I thought it was such a good idea! Here are the top ten (+ a few) things y'all loved the most from February!

number thirteen...

I’ve pretty much always been obsessed with exfoliating my skin & wanting it to be as smooth as possible. & when I exfoliate, I want it to be so rough that I feel like I’ve lost at least one (maybe two) layers of skin by the time I’m done lol. I saw these exfoliating shower gloves when I was browsing on Amazon & fell into the trap & bought them. & holy stinkin’ cow am I glad I did!!! Y’all they are legit AMAZING! I got the “heavy” set, but they also have a lighter set that is less rough. You just get it wet, put some body wash on the glove, & wash yourself. They’re legit amazing!! My skin has seriously never been so soft! The first time I used them, I only did it on one of my legs & not the other just so I could see if I could tell a difference. Shaving was SO much easier & my lotion even went on better on the leg I had exfoliated! These are a super win for me!

My sister, Bethany, asked for an iced coffee maker for Christmas & here is her review: I drink coffee a lot & spend a lot on it like normal teenagers do. This is probably my favorite Christmas present out of all of the ones I got & it is seriously amazing!! The coffee maker is fairly small & is really easy to store. It's incredibly easy to use as there are only a few steps. It has a reusable coffee filter which is very nice because you only have to rinse it off in between uses. The whole process takes about five minutes & that includes getting the ice in your cup!

Back in October when I got my hair colored, the stylist used a new tool I hadn't ever seen before to curl my hair. I typically used a straightener & it works great for getting really loose + effortless waves / curls, but when I try to do tighter curls, it doesn't hold very well. The new tool that my hair dresser used literally held my curls for two days! I was so impressed that I asked her what the tool was & immediately put it on my Christmas list! It is fairly easy to use & creates such beautiful curls that stay as long as I want them to!

I’ve had this knitted sweater since last spring & it has held up so well! The thing that I really like about it is that it’s a very soft material, but is kind of light & airy so you don’t get too hot wearing it. I’ve worn it with just about everything — linen pants, denim shorts, leggings, jeans. It looks great with everything!

number nine...

I swear everyone & their dog has posted about this shacket lol it was out of stock for a really long time in my size, but when I saw that it was finally in stock, I ordered it as fast as I could! The outside fabric is very very soft, but the inside isn't the same material -- I wouldn't call it itchy necessarily, but it's definitely not quite as soft as the outside. I absolutely love this color scheme -- neutral + cozy! It definitely fits oversized & is legging friendly for me! I really like how it looks "dressed up" too.

Yeti quality cup but WAY cuter & for a fraction of the price!!!! $10 y'all! This is not a drill!!! Target for the WIN!

number seven...

I’m not at all surprised that this has been a fav! I saw someone share this black grandpa cardigan buttoned up & tucked in & you better believe I ran to my computer to order it! HOW CUTE! I never would've thought to tuck it in like this! It has balloon sleeves & a bit of a baggier fit, but the length is true to size. The buttons are really pretty, but if you choose to style it like this, I would highly recommend wearing something underneath because there's only three buttons so it leaves some gaping holes lol. Pretty soft & comes in other colors!

This. Sweater. Is. EVERYTHING. How stinking darling, right?! I absolutely love the asymmetrical print, & it's the same way on the back. I just love how different it is! I got a size small & say that it fits just a little bit oversized -- the arms are a little bit long & so is the waist. Overall it fits really well though!

number five...

I’ve mentioned before that I love neutrals & I wasn't kidding lol. Okay the cutest part of this sweater is the small ribbed detailing on the neckline & cuffs on the sleeves, & the exposed seam lines on the hem & shoulder areas. It's just so cute & different from other sweaters & I love that! I got a small & would say it fits true to size. They do have other colors available as well!

I don’t know a single girl who has ever not been on a hunt to find their favorite place to buy jeans. I’ve tried TONS of different places — boutiques, American Eagle, Old Navy, Madewell, Amazon, & the list goes on. I’ve honestly never been 100% satisfied until I tried Abercrombie & Fitch jeans. I was a little skeptical at first just because I’ve had such a hard time finding my true favs, but this store takes the cake for sure! They can be pricey, but they have sales ALL THE TIME which is a huge plus! These dark ones are some of my favs. I have pretty short legs & these are great (I did NOT have to order them in “short”). I love the raw hem & the mid high rise waist line. They fit great EVERYWHERE!

number three...

I'm always looking for pieces that can easily be dressed up or down. This quarter zip would look great with jeans & tennis shoes on a Friday at school, & obviously looks great with leggings too! It definitely runs big -- covers my bottom well & had to roll the sleeves a few times. The pocket in the middle goes all the way through & the zipper is functional! The material is kind of slick so it almost feels like an athletic jacket. Online the color looks much more maroon-ish than it actually is -- it's much more of an orange color.

number two...

I saw this grey fuzzy tunic sweatshirt & knew I needed to try it. My literal ONLY complaint about this is that it was super staticky! Like even after I took it off, I was super staticky -- like my whole body. It's very soft & actually pretty thin so it's perfect for layering. It's a tunic fit so it's longer & definitely offers booty coverage. I got a small & would say that it fits true to size, considering the tunic length. It comes in a few other color options as well!

number one...

Okay I think this might be my favorite floral shirt I've EVER owned! Oh my goodness where to even start?! Okay first of all, I absolute love the pattern & color scheme! I would say that in real life it's a little more pastel than the fall colors shown on the website's photo. I feel like it will work really well for both the spring & fall months. Second, y'all know I love babydoll tops. I just feel like they're really flattering on any body type because they give an illusion of a smaller waist & wider hips. Who doesn't want to look like they've got an hourglass figure going on? The fabric isn't cotton or a blouse material which I like because it's super comfy! It fits true to size & I'm wearing a small. I'm about to go snag it in every single color option available!
