Jewelry

I asked, & you said yes! The people want to see some jewelry! This post will feature some of my most favorite pieces ranging from subtle & simple to bold & out there! Most of the pieces are from Target, Wal-Mart, or Amazon. Enjoy. :)

Before we really get going though, you're going to need something to hang all of your jewelry on. I bought these jewelry hangers from Amazon for less than $13! It actually comes with another hanger, but I didn't feel the need to put it up. The stain I got is called "natural" but they do offer a darker stain called "rustic brown" & it's $18. I love that you can choose different stains of wood to customize it to match the style of your house. These jewelry organizers are perfect for what I need & wanted to share in case you need something like this as well! Plus it would make a great Christmas gift!

necklaces...

I'm not a huge necklace person, I'm not really sure why? A few months ago I saw this really darling dainty initial necklace. I love that the initial is a little bit off to the side & rests on my collarbone. It is so simple & dainty & I wear it almost every single day! In this picture I'm also wearing some pink Kate Spade earrings that Avery got me for Christmas last year -- she did good!

PS - don't you just love a good teacher bathroom selfie? lol

earrings...

With leopard being really in style this fall, I was on the hunt for some leopard print earrings, of course! I found this open hoop pair from Target. I don't wear long earrings that often so when I do, I need them to be pretty light, otherwise my ears get pretty irritated. These were a little bit too heavy for me, but my sister Avery loved them! These two pictures show how versatile they are & how they can be worn with so many different things!

Here is another pair of leopard earrings from Wal-Mart! These earrings are really simple & subtle. There's a little leopard circle on a silver/gold earring. I love how subtle the leopard is on these earrings. These would be a great option if you're looking for something a little more simple than the bold hoop earrings I posted above. I couldn't find this set from Wal-Mart anymore, but I did a somewhat similar option on Amazon that is upside down from the ones in the picture lol you can find them here. Here is another subtle option from Amazon. & here is a third subtle option. Gosh darn you, WalMart!

I love these gold teardrop earrings from Target! They are simple & dainty, but have a bold shape to them. They are so comfortable to wear because they have a normal back & are very light. Well done, Target!

I'm all about a simple tassel earring & I love these ivory ones! They are from an online boutique called Elisabeth Ashlie & they come in tons of colors, but they're sold out right now. I did find a similar dupe from Amazon that is a little bit more affordable & is available in prime.

Last year for Christmas my mom got me a few different pairs of rectangle leather earrings & boy have I used the heck out of them! They're so light that I forget I'm even wearing them. I love that the single color makes them a bold piece, but they're also simple & dainty & blend right in if you wear your hair down. These are from Amazon & come in a pack of two different colors for less than $14!

(& yes, another lovely teacher bathroom selfie lol don't judge me)

bracelets...

I have very small wrists so finding bracelets that fit me well & don't fall off when I put my arm down has been a challenge all of my life. I found this stacked bracelet set from Amazon & it is SUCH A STEAL! You get four different stacked sets in black, navy, white & peach all for less than $16!!! I was pretty skeptical because my assumption was that if they're this cheap, they'll be horrible quality, but they're not! You can take them apart & mix & match them. In both of the pictures above I'm wearing the black set together. I'll show the peach set in the pictures below.

Here is the peach stacked bracelet set from Amazon! This picture also features some gold dangly earrings from the Wal-Mart set I mentioned above. I love how both of these pieces of jewelry really spice up this outfit & make it look a lot nicer! Nobody would guess these pieces are as affordable as they are which is another reason why I love them! As I stated above, I can't find the Wal-Mart earring set anymore (insert annoyed/sad face here), so here's a similar option from Wal-Mart that's a little bit pricey. Here is an Amazon dupe that's somewhat similar.

Another great bracelet set idea are these ones from Target! The picture on the left is the "blue" set & the picture on the right is the white set. Both sets come with three bracelets & Target also offers a peach set. I just didn't get it since I already have a peach bracelet set. That's as much self-control as I could offer for the day lol. I thought these bracelets were a really fun & different style than what I currently own. They're elastic so they'll adjust to any size of wrist, but they fit mine great!

I regularly wear my apple watch & I wanted a band that would kind of dress it up so my mom got me this camel leather band last year for Christmas! I love how it goes with almost everything I wear & that it really dresses up my watch. The bracelets on my wrist are from a few different sets. The A initial bracelet was a gift from my best friend when I was a bridesmaid in her wedding & I wear it almost every day! Here is a similar option from Amazon. The four small beaded bracelet set is from Elisabeth Ashlie & can be found here. I'm wearing the peach color set. The large peach jewel bracelet is also from Elisabeth Ashlie, but she no longer sells it.
