Happy Friday, sweet people!!
what I've been up to...
Last week on Friday we had our first actual football-weather football game! I’m a big lover of fall & everything about it so this made me super happy! I actually even got to meet one of you & that was super super cool — what a small world!
On Saturday I went to the K-State game with some friends & got to see my sweet sister who is a freshman there!
On Tuesday night, my sister’s team came to my town for volleyball! It was so fun to watch both teams, since I know a lot of the girls from my town now as well as my hometown (where my sister & family still live). & our other sister, Bethany who is at freshman at K-State, made the drive to surprise her! It was so nice to have all of us in the same place for an evening!!
I enjoyed a nice hour-long walk on Wednesday evening! The weather is really starting to change & so are the leaves. Fall is my FAV!!!
My cheerleaders are performing a dance at halftime of tonight’s game so we had an early morning practice at the stadium & the sunrise was absolutely gorgeous!

For the past few months or so I’ve started *trying* to consistently share my OOTD (outfit of the day) just for fun! I’m typically able to link most pieces, but I also just share it to hopefully give a bit of inspiration & show you that you can recreate my outfits by just using pieces from your own closet.

Friday means football game day! I pretty much always wear jeans & a crewneck on Fridays!
Saturday…
It was a tough loss for the K-State Wildcats, but it was such a fun game to watch!

I had to represent my sister even though she’s playing my school in volleyball! I’m loving knotted headbands lately, especially this one from Target!

Wednesday was the day I went to a training for most of the day. Seriously can’t get enough of this waffle peplum top. See more pics of it below!

Callie Danielle shares a few different free wallpapers every Wednesday on Instagram & this is the one I’m using from this week! It’s so stinkin’ cute & it totally puts me in the fall mood!
I shared this leopard babydoll top last week when I wore it to church on Sunday & y’all went crazy over it!! Crazy enough that it made it into Tuesday’s monthly top ten post from the month of September!!! I totally see why because it’s a stinkin’ darling top & I love it, too! It’s super soft & flowy including the sleeves. It tapers down a bit in the back which I love. I’m wearing a small & feel like it fits a bit oversized because of how flowy it is. It does come in other print & color options as well!
Here’s a closer look! Even though the sleeves are flowy, they’re soft enough that they fold really gently into the sleeves of a cardigan as well!
This darling top is from Target & I’m swooning!!! It’s a waffle knit material with a babydoll-style — does it get any better than that?!! Also, the K-State Alumni in me LOVES this soft purple color! I’m wearing a small & would say it fits oversized. It comes in other color options as well that I’ve got my eye on now!
My absolute favorite fabric when it comes to sweaters is definitely chenille — I just love it! Who doesn’t want to feel warm & cozy all day long?! I found this sweater on Amazon & knew I needed to try it. It only comes in a couple of color options so I snagged the red hoping I could wear it for game days at my school. Unfortunately it’s a bit more pink than red, but it’s definitely chenille fabric (or something extremely similar because) it’s DANG SOFT! It fits true to size for a small. I love this one! Great quality for the price.
Saturdays are one of my fav days because that means it’s Wildcat game day!!! You guys have been so stinkin’ awesome supporting all of these small Etsy shop businesses with me this fall! Would you believe me if I told you this top is a bodysuit?? Well believe it, sister!!! I’ve seen a few different people share this loose bodysuit from Walmart & knew I had to try it. It’s fabulous!!! It fits really great & is true to size. It’s a very subtle ribbed material & is quite soft. It comes in other colors as well! This bodysuit will be so perfect for wearing with cardigans & shackets this fall! My only complaint is that the undie part is very much thong-ish.
Comfy tie dye sweatshirt… sold!! This is a really great find from Amazon, especially because for me, a lot of times the sweatshirts are hit & miss. I’m wearing a small & it fits slightly oversized — just a little bit long, but I love that so that I can feel comfortable wearing it with leggings. It has a super cute little side vent & I love how subtle the tie dying is!

Looking forward to a pretty chill weekend! I’m sad because this weekend is one of K-State’s bye weeks so there won’t be a football game to watch.
