Jumpin' into Fall

Rompers are one of my favorite things to wear in the summer because you don't have to worry about what top to pair with what shorts -- it's all put together for you! So naturally, I love a good jumpsuit to transition into the colder months of fall.

When we were trying to figure out how to stage this picture, I turned around so I wouldn't fall down our front porch stairs & when I turned back around, Avery had grabbed a pumpkin & was posed like this lol I thought it worked well with this outfit.

These denim overalls are so effortless & can be dressed up or dressed down so easily! Here, Avery paired them with a white & grey striped long sleeve tee from Target (that is so soft & cozy) & some white converse. You could also wear a cardigan over it to add some extra warmth & to switch up the outfit completely.

Next we have this rust orange button front jumpsuit. The pictures make this jumpsuit look way more orange than it actually is in person. I was super excited about this outfit, but when I put it on, it just didn't look right on me, specifically the crotch area lol it was just really long & did not look right. I ordered a petite so I'm not sure if that was part of the reason why it didn't look right, or if it's just not the jumpsuit for me. Either way, this jumpsuit is still a super cute idea & I hope it works out for some of you!

Next up is this vintage plaid jumpsuit. I honest to goodness felt like I belonged in the 70's. I came upstairs & Bethany told me that my outfit looked like something Hot Donna from That 70's Show would wear LOL that wasn't quite what we were going for!

Now that I've seen it, I can't unsee it...

Cricket... Cricket...

However, despite looking like I should've been on That 70's Show, this jumpsuit was so comfortable & cozy & paired great with a plain long sleeve black tee & a pair of booties.

Last up is this adorable khaki jumpsuit. This style is a little bit more 2019 & a little less "Hot Donna-y". & yes, I just created a new word, feel free to use it any time! Avery paired the jumpsuit with a plain long sleeve black tee, black wedges & these leopard hoop earrings to pull it all back together. This outfit would work great with booties as well!
